Don’t Like Drinking Water? – Try Adding Lemons

One of the most important things you can do for yourself is to drink more water!

Now, I am not going to talk about WHAT kind of water is best in this email, but instead I know that many people…





It seems absolutely foreign to me since I grew up always drinking lots of water.

Everybody in my family had a water glass that had its place on the sink.

Color coded of course so we knew whose was whose.

If I came in from playing outside, I went to the sink and got some water.

It’s just the way it was (and still is for me).

But, I understand that many people’s brains have been changed from all the chemicals we are exposed to and they just don’t like water.

The body has become confused as to what is good for it.


One of the ways that I help people over this temporary hurdle is to start drinking lemon water.

Many people enjoy drinking this kind of water


It is extremely health promoting!

As you can see, adding fresh lemons to your water is very beneficial.

In fact, we actually have a special pitcher that we put in the fridge that keeps the lemons separate, yet lets the water diffuse through the lemons.

It works great.

So, if you are having trouble getting the recommended amount of water each day (at least half your bodyweight in ounces), or if you want to supercharge your water, consider adding lemons.

It will energize you, hydrate you, and oxygenate your body so it feels revitalized and refreshed.
