Life Is Precious – Don’t Take It For Granted

It’s been a tough night.

My wife and I had to watch a family grieve over the loss of their 1 year old daughter.

When we got out of the service it seemed like 2 hours had gone by, when we were really only in the church for 1 hour.

It’s times like this when you really get shocked out of your comfort zone.

Watching the emotions play out in front of you, and even feeling them yourself. You realize how precious life really is. During the service I couldn’t help but think I need to make some changes. I definitely value life and strive to never take it for granted, but there is so much more I can do.

There are things that I have been putting off. Things that I have been afraid to do. Places I haven’t seen, and people I haven’t talked to. The next thing you know, 5 years have gone by and you wonder where it went. Life becomes a blur hopping from one day to the next, each of them looking and feeling the same as the one before it.

Ask yourself where you have been dropping the ball.

Do you have a relationship challenge that you just haven’t fully dealt with? Have you been too scared, or maybe not open-minded enough to fix it?

Or how about a career change? Do you feel like you are fulfilling your life’s destiny?

And my specialty is of course, health. Are you putting something off? Allergies, irritable bowel, diabetes, weight loss? Are you really living in the body of your dreams, or are you just merely getting by?

You see, I want an Epic life.

And I hope you want the same because I believe everyone on this planet deserves an epic life. But, it’s only yours if you want it. Nobody can do it for you. Nobody can help you with your health conditions if you don’t first want improvement yourself.

Little girls like Eva inspire me.

They inspire me to do more with my life while I am here. We never know when we will be leaving this Earth. It isn’t for us to know. I fully plan on being around for another 100 plus years, but I will live each day to the fullest because I could be gone tomorrow.

I can’t help you with everything in your life, but if you have a health challenge or concern, and are ready to move on to a new chapter in your life, give my office a call. I will do whatever I can to help make your life, the life you dreamed about.

Life is full of ups and downs. At the end of each day, make sure you can look in the mirror and say you gave it all you had.
