You’ll see in this case, the culprit turned out to be a manganese deficiency (it’s a mineral). Why did manganese cause problems?
Because the lack of it interferes with the body’s ability to have strong, healthy ligaments. And with strong ligaments, the joints don’t hold together properly and more stress and strain gets put on the muscles.
