34 Year Old With Chronic Back Pain Solved With The Right Diagnosis And Nutrients

This is a continuation of a case I wrote up earlier.

You can read more about her story here.

Essentially, after clearing up her gut problems, we moved on to finishing up the real reason why she had chronic lower back pain.

It isn’t normal to need to see a chiropractor regularly to “manage” your lower back pain.

If that is the case it means somebody is missing the real diagnosis.

If you have been seeing chiropractors for years with the same pain, it means it really has nothing to do with adjusting the vertebrae.

After all, if it did, you would be better by now….

Right?

So here are a few things to understand:

  1. Back pain can come from a structural injury. This is the kind where you see the chiropractor, they fix it, and it doesn’t come back. This is happening less and less in today’s time due to more problems in our food supply and environment.
  2. Back pain can come from some other structural injury that is far removed from the site of pain. Most commonly this would be from cranial bones being jammed. To find somebody capable of properly figuring this out and adjusting the cranial bones is extremely difficult. I’m sorry, but we are few and far between.
  3. Back pain can come from some type of visceral/glandular problem. This is where this woman’s problem was coming from. No amount of chiropractic adjusting, physical therapy, etc. was ever going to solve the problem since it had nothing to do with the back itself.

Number 3 above is the viscerosomatic reflex.

Think of it this way….

Your spine is a circuit breaker, just like the circuit breaker in your house. Out of that breaker, nerves (literally electrical wires) go to different parts of the body (different rooms).

The interesting thing is organs/glands and muscles/tendons/ligaments share similar circuit breakers.

So, dysfunction in an organ can trip the breaker (at the spine) and cause dysfunction in the associated muscles that are at that breaker.

This then leads to chronic pain because the chiropractor turns the breaker back on, but the body keeps tripping it.

Just like in a house, you need to find that faulty toaster! You can’t just keep going to the basement to turn the breaker on over and over again.

SOMETHING is creating the need for the body to trip the breaker.

In this case we had already previously fixed the breaker for the gut associated muscles because we had cleared her infection.

Her gut had normalized so these switches will stay turned on.

But we had to go further.

Her endocrine system was also severely stressed. In this case we had to target her adrenal glands.

And by fixing the adrenals with the right nutrients, we were able to get several muscles in her lower back, pelvis and knees to start working appropriately.

This completely changed everything for her.

By the next visit her back pain of several years was a thing of the past and has continued to stay that way.

We have more work to do (like most people), but we are well on our way to solving her other nagging health issues as well.

Like one of my mentors drilled into my head…

“What’s the diagnosis guys?”

Don’t keep pounding away at the spine, when the problem is somewhere else completely.

We need to do better than that.
