Egg Allergy

The following food may contain egg:

  • Pancakes, waffles, crepes, french toast
  • Cookies, cakes, pastries, etc.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Soups
  • Salad dressings, tartar sauce
  • Batters for frying
  • Crackers, pretzels
  • Dessert powders: pudding
  • Dumplings
  • Meatloaf
  • Candies, marshmallows
  • All egg dishes should be avoided:
  • Souffles
  • Eggs Benedict
  • Custard
  • Deviled eggs
  • Etc.

Suggestions: You should check all your labels carefully. There are egg     substitutes available for cooking. They are usually found at co-ops or health food stores.
