Parasites

The Center for Disease Control states 80% of the U.S. population suffers from the effects of parasites.

Common Symptoms:

  • Bloating/Gas – Intense cravings for sweets
  • Fatigue – Insomnia/Teeth grinding
  • Diarrhea/Constipation – Nightmares/Bad Dreams
  • Cramping – Skin rashes/irritation/itchiness
  • Anxiety – Vomiting
  • Nausea – Itchy butt, headaches

Where do parasites come from?

  1. Eating rare and uncooked meat like sushi and steak, poke bowls, ahi tuna
  2. Pets – Dogs, Cats, Horses, Ferrets, etc.
  3. Travel
  4. Produce – Fruits and Vegetables
  5. Walking barefoot
  6. Animal and human feces

Tips to Prevent

  • Wash hands when handling pets or animals/don’t let them kiss your face/mouth.
  • Wash produce thoroughly with a vegetable wash.
  • Freeze meat before preparing/or cook meat thoroughly.
  • Avoid, reduce or eliminate SUGAR!! Parasites love it!

Other Tips

  1. Parasites love full moons, make sure to stay away from sugar near full moons.
