A week or so ago I wrote a post about a patient of mine who said “thank you” for the first time ever.
He is 19 years old, going on 20 (might even be 20 now) and he is so much fun to have in the office. He loves to come, paces around at home until it’s time to leave and is always smiling.
Well this week I can report that he said “Dad” for the first time ever.
For those of you who don’t have a brain challenged child, I’m sure you can’t even fathom it. I know I can’t.
I can’t imagine hearing those words for the first time after almost 20 years. Being a father to 3 children is one of my greatest joys.
This is the power of cranial adjusting. Removing pressure and dysfunction from a brain that has been compromised. Allowing it to work as it was intended.
I look forward to more progress with my patient and to see the changes unfold.
