How Often Should You Cleanse?

Such a common question that I get.

Once people go through an initial Soft Cleanse and they see and feel the benefits, the next obvious question comes as to how often they should cleanse.

Some of the benefits experienced are:

  • Weight loss
  • Decrease in joint pain
  • Decrease in brain fog
  • More endurance
  • Greater muscle strength
  • Sleep better
  • Sinuses clearer
  • Easier to wake up in the morning
  • Mood improved
  • and much more…

Once the benefits of cleansing are obtained, you obviously want to keep them!

There are many other cleanses that need to be done, but the Soft Cleanse is a great first start.

Another great cleanse is to use the Fasting Kit along with the Healthy Habits Tracker App.

For a deeper Liver/Gallbladder cleanse we use the Optimal Half-Day Organ Cleanse.

These should all be rotated throughout the year. Hitting each of them several times.
