Many people are aware of the damaging effects of stress for adults.
There is so much to coordinate in this day and age. Sports schedules, jobs, sometimes more than one job, getting to the grocery store, making dinner, and the list goes on and on, and on.
But what about children?
They are under a tremendous amount of stress also. Watch the video below to see how a baby reacts to his/her parents fighting. It’s an eye opening video.
We know that stress is the #1 cause of disease. Medical estimates are anywhere from 85-95%.
We also know from a newer branch of science called epigenetics, that stress impacts the genetic code. The more unchecked stress you have in your life, the more of an impact it has on your DNA.
And as you can see, it starts early.
Dr. Bruce Lipton, a well known cell biologist and early pioneer of epigenetics, talks about how the environment is nature’s head start program. If the environment is stressful, then the baby in the womb will be getting signals in the form of neurotransmitters and endocrine hormones to build a body designed to survive a scary, harsh environment.
The brain and the genetics will literally be altered.
If the environment (or the mother’s perception of the environment) is one of calm and peace, a whole different set of circumstances will play out in the developing baby.
The baby designed to survive is being set up for future problems. Every organ system in the body gets placed under undue tension and stress. The accumulation of this stress causes the body to breakdown at a much faster rate.
Having a baby is a big deal and you want to make sure the mother (the host) is in tip top shape. One thing that I recommend for every woman who wants to have children is to get a Stress Response Evaluation. This powerful test will show you EXACTLY how well (or not well) your body is functioning with pinpoint accuracy.
The test will show you everything that is happening UNDER your perception. What is really happening with your nervous system at the core?
Do you know?
Let me tell you what. I didn’t know. I thought I was doing pretty darn good until I saw MY initial scan. From there I realized there was damage occurring under my radar that I needed to get corrected in order to live the life I wanted to live.
So watch the video and let it really sink in on what is actually happening to that developing baby. One argument is not going to seriously harm anybody, but a continued life of stress can drastically alter a person’t future health potential…
